Recipes

I’ve never been someone who loved cooking—but as I’ve started healing my relationship with food, I’ve come to appreciate how valuable (and surprisingly fun) it can be.

That said, I’m not the girl you’ll find meal prepping a week’s worth of food every Sunday. Why? Because for me, it always ended up feeling like a waste—of time and money. I don’t love leftovers, and reheated meat after a day or two? Honestly, it freaks me out.

These days, I aim to cook about 3 to 4 times a week, focusing on meals that give me at least one or two extra lunches without sacrificing freshness or flavor. I’m also learning that healthy eating doesn’t mean replacing everything with Greek yogurt. Sometimes, it’s simply about making smarter choices—adjusting portions, swapping out one ingredient for a better one, and letting that be enough.

If you’re navigating life on a GLP-1 or just looking to make food feel less like a chore and more like self-care, I hope these recipes inspire you like they’ve inspired me.
